Returns

Can I return my order?

Yes. If you're not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days of receipt, provided:

  1. All parts, components, and original packaging are included and undamaged.
  2. The product shows only normal wear — damage from careless handling is not accepted.
  3. Items requiring hygiene standards have been thoroughly cleaned before return.
  4. Any defects were reported immediately upon receipt.
  5. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
  6. Returns are processed within 7 working days; if conditions are met, the return is confirmed within this period.

We reserve the right to refuse returns we suspect have been used or damaged through no fault of ours.

How do I return my order?

If your order meets the conditions above, email Support@williamsfamilynantucket.com with:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photo of the product (if damaged)
  • Your full name
  • Your address

We'll respond with the correct return address. Do not send returns to the sender's address on the package — always wait for our instructions. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

If you're a consumer (a private individual acting outside a trade or profession), you have a statutory right of withdrawal:

Withdrawal period: 14 days from the day you (or a third party you named, excluding the carrier) receive the last item in your order.

Because our system is fully automated, orders begin processing immediately upon placement. We're unable to halt shipping once it's started, so cancellation is not possible after dispatch.

To withdraw, notify us (SHOP NAME) with a clear statement — e.g. by email. Withdrawal takes effect once we receive the returned goods. You bear the cost of return shipping.

Note on shipments already in transit: Since our goods ship from Asia, transit times can be longer and outside our control. If your order has already shipped, cancellation isn't possible until you've received it — please wait, then return it to us. You're welcome to notify us of your intent to cancel in advance. To help process your return as quickly as possible, please send us shipping confirmation once you've sent it back.

Consequences of withdrawal: If you withdraw, we'll refund all payments received from you — except delivery costs, and except any extra cost from choosing a delivery method other than our cheapest standard option — within 14 days of receiving both your withdrawal notice and the returned goods. Refunds are issued via your original payment method, unless otherwise agreed, and never incur additional fees.

All returns are sent to our central warehouse in Asia at the customer's expense.
