Delivery Times

Below is the average delivery time for all our packages:

  • Processing: Once an order is placed, we take 1–3 working days to process it. Orders placed during the week are typically processed within 1 working day. Orders placed Friday evening or over the weekend may take a little longer.
  • Delivery: Once processed, your order is dispatched and delivery takes an average of 8–12 working days.

Placing an Order

Ordering at The (Williams Family Nuntucket) is simple:

  1. Go to the product page and click "Add to Cart" to add your chosen item.
  2. Double-check that you've selected the correct variant, then click "Proceed to Checkout."
  3. On the information page, enter your address details carefully and click "Continue to Shipping."
  4. On the Shipping page, review your address details. Every order ships completely free of charge. As a thank-you to our customers, we always cover shipping and delivery costs. Click "Proceed to Payment" to continue.
  5. Choose your preferred payment method. All payments are SSL-encrypted, so you can always rely on a secure checkout:
    • Klarna (deferred payment)
    • Credit card (Amex, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa)
    • PayPal
    • EPS
    • SOFORT ("Immediately")
  6. Click "Complete Order" and you'll be redirected to your chosen payment method. Simply follow the instructions to finish.
